For Advisors:

  • Account information (name, email address, password)
  • Business information (business name, bio, logo, unique URL slug)
  • Consultation details (service descriptions, pricing, session duration)
  • Custom form fields you create for client intake
  • Calendar availability and appointment scheduling preferences
  • Payment information (processed and stored by Stripe - we do not store payment card details)

For Clients (Booking Consultations):

  • Contact information (name, email address, phone number)
  • Responses to custom form fields created by your advisor
  • Appointment booking details (date, time, consultation type)
  • Payment information (processed and stored by Stripe - we do not store payment card details)

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you access our platform, we may automatically collect certain information about your device and usage, including:

  • Device information (device type, operating system, browser type and version)
  • Log data (IP address, access times, pages viewed, referring website)
  • Usage patterns and interaction with features
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 8 for details)

1.3 Information From Third-Party Services

If you choose to integrate third-party services with our platform, we may receive information from:

  • Google Calendar: Calendar events, availability, and scheduling information (only if you enable calendar integration)
  • Stripe: Payment transaction details, subscription status, and payout information (we do not receive or store full payment card details)
  • Authentication Providers: If you sign up using third-party authentication (e.g., Google Sign-In), we may receive basic profile information

When a client books a consultation, we share the client's contact information and form responses with the advisor. Advisors are responsible for handling this information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and their own privacy practices.

3.2 With Service Providers

We share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our platform:

  • Stripe: Payment processing and subscription management
  • Google: Calendar integration (only if you enable this feature)
  • Email Service Providers: Sending booking confirmations, notifications, and account emails
  • Cloud Hosting Providers: Storing and processing data securely
  • Analytics Providers: Understanding platform usage and performance

These service providers are contractually obligated to use your information only for the purposes we specify and to maintain appropriate security measures.

3.3 For Legal Compliance

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., court orders, subpoenas, government investigations).

3.4 Business Transfers

4. Payment Information and Stripe

All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"). When you provide payment information, it is transmitted directly to Stripe and stored on their secure servers. We do not store credit card numbers, CVV codes, or other sensitive payment card details on our servers. Stripe's use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://stripe.com/privacy. By using our payment services, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the security of your personal information, including:

  • Deleted Accounts: After account deletion, we may retain certain information for up to 90 days for backup purposes, then permanently delete it unless required by law

  • Legal Obligations: We may retain information longer if required by law or to resolve disputes

11. Third-Party Links

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. 12. Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers support "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals. Our platform does not currently respond to DNT signals because there is no industry standard for how to respond to them. We will continue to monitor developments in DNT technology and may implement it in the future.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top.
