How long is setup?
About 15 minutes. Connect Stripe, upload your logo, customize your branding, set your fees, and build your intake questions. Your first link is live before you finish your coffee.
Do I have to charge a fee?
No. You can use ClientFare for intake-only flows with no payment at all. Great for existing clients, discovery calls, or situations where you want to qualify first before charging.
Do I need a website?
Nope. Share your unique links anywhere. Instagram bio, email signature, direct messages, social posts, over the phone, or via QR code. A website helps but it's never required.
What about scheduling?
Totally optional and toggleable per link. Google Calendar and Calendly are both supported. Clients book after paying or after intake if no fee is charged. Confirmation emails go out automatically. If you prefer to schedule manually, just leave the toggle off.
How do I get paid?
Direct deposit via Stripe Connect. Payments go straight to your connected Stripe account, not through us. You can optionally pass Stripe's processing fee to the client so you keep 100% of your planning fee.
Can clients see all my services?
Yes. You can publish a branded service menu page with all your fee types so clients can browse and self-select. Embed it on your website or share the link directly. Each card links to that service's own flow.
